Brought our 2006 Nissan X-Trail in for a full tune up as it was running very rough. Dropped it off in the morning and left it for the day. The previous mechanic we visited told us we needed to replace the throttle body but Marcelino removed it and cleaned it out throughly, not only that but he cleaned our entire vehicle inside and out before pick up at the end of the day. Prices were very reasonable and he even went and replaced our spark plugs as the parts dealer supplied us with the wrong ones. Family run business and everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. They clearly take pride in their work. Plus as an added bonus I got to visit and cuddle with the cutest little dog while the crew finished up buffing up our car. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done. Fluent in English too!! Car it still running fantastic and smooth so he saved us a good chunk of money by cleaning instead of replacing the throttle body

They offer an excellent balance between cost / benefit. Despite the tourist area where they are, they know how to provide good customer service taking care of details such as photographs, problem analysis and sensible quotes. The flexibility to collaborate with clients with technical knowledge in solving the problem stands out. In my case, I left one of my cars with them and I was able to continue my vacation plan without a problem, after a week I went by my car back and I realized that they made thorough tests.

La camioneta quedó perfecta y pude llegar sin contratiempos. Servicio de primera, recomendado al 100%. En contraste, en Filosol Chrysler de Puerto Vallarta me negaron atención incluso después de explicar que debía viajar al día siguiente. Me ignoraron por completo. Lamentable que una agencia autorizada no tenga la disposición ni el compromiso que sí ofrece un taller independiente como MDP.

I had a problem with my 2011 hyundai santa fe that the local dealership was unable to repair because it didnt have the parts or expertise to fix it. I went to MDP and they helped me get back on the road and was able to drive my car back to Canada where i was able to get parts. They were very helpful and got me in right away without having to leave my car there overnight as i needed it. Very knowledgeable and helpful if you need a good mechanic this is the place to go!!!!
