Armando and his wife Sandy run their carpentry business with high integrity and their team reliably shows up to install completed furniture on the day that has been scheduled. They created a beautiful parota wood storage cabinet for our Vallarta condo's living room, floating granite-topped sink counter cabinets for our bathrooms, a solid parota coffee table and bench as well as sliding parota doors to enclose an open closet area. Completion of our outdoor furniture order was delayed when Armando's metal worker had to leave to help relatives in Acapulco devastated by hurricane Otis. Knowing that we desperately needed outdoor furniture for pending rental reservations of our condo, Armando loaned us some of his own personal outdoor furniture until he found a new metal worker so our guests could actually use the important outdoor balcony amenity we had advertised. I highly recommend Ibanava to anyone in Vallarta needing quality custom furniture.

Not only are they are excellent craftspeople, they are honest, thoughtful and always deliver on time. They also communicate throughout the process with updates and photos. Whatever you do is stay away!! Nothing they say or promise is true. The 90 day guarantee on labour is nonexistent. Once they get paid they will not respond! Had to hire an other carpenter to repair all the mistakes, They ask you to check it before they leave, but a week or 2 after you notice so many issues, which should have been covered by the 90 day guarantee.. save yourself aggravation, and money. Totally unprofessional!
