ANJ Maintenance

I had a great experience with A&J Maintenance. Their technician Andres was able to fix my AC unit without a problem, the unit stopped cooling, so I requested a maintenance service for it; Once the technician started taking the unit apart he proceeded to clean the whole thing internally, then he started running some tests to see if it had any other problems and detected that a sensor was damaged. The Tech replaced the old parts with new original ones and was able to solve my problem. I'm very grateful, as he took the time to actually inspect and determine what was causing the problem and not guessing like others. The best part of it all is that I got a warranty for the part that was replace and the service provided! I definitely recommend A&J MAINTENANCE.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I contacted them to fix a problem with the pump, the day I called them they cancelled because they did not have the ladder to do the job. They arrived the next day very late and again without the ladder. They told me they were still going to do the job because they were in three and one of them knew how to get on the roof without the ladder. They installed the electro level and fixed the pump problem, they charged us $1600 MXN. After a week when we woke up we realized that we had run out of water, it was a Sunday; knowing that they work 7 days a week (so they promote themselves on the page) we contacted them via WhatsApp and by phone, they never answered. As we could not stay without water, we had to urgently contact another plumber, who when he came and opened the tank showed us that the electro level that had been installed 10 days ago was broken, had a crack and water got in. We had to spend $800 again. When they finally got back to me the next day, the first thing they did was to say that they could come after three days, to which I told him that I had to contact another plumber and that we realized that the electro level was broken. They justified themselves by saying that they always show the materials they are going to install, which they had not done with us. Most likely the person who installed the electro level as he did not have the ladder, jumped and broke it. I contacted the owner, who accepted that it was their mistake and asked me to send him the receipt for the expense. I sent it to him and never heard back. A company that does not respond for bad work is no reliable.

This is the best service ever! We have been so pleased working with ANJ maintenance. We even had an emergent issue and he made time for us right away. Great people, great service, fair prices! 🙂
