Centro Carpintero

Martha Navarro and her excellent staff have been my go-to crew for all construction work since 2012. Her group designed and built a gorgeous gourmet kitchen, repaired the roof when water problems developed, updated all 5 bathrooms and even refinished every door in the house. Her group routinely polishes and seals the terrace marble floors so they even come out of the rainy season looking good. Martha is reliable, prices the work fairly and always comes through. Highly recommended.

I agree with others that Martha is a true jewel. She attended 4 years of college in Idaho and speaks perfect English. She met with my wife and I several times to discuss our renovation project, drew sketches of our ideas while we were talking, and gave us solid advice about how to modify our plans to fit the availability of different materials in PV. Once our ideas had gelled, she wrote a clear contract which specified the materials to be used and the cost of each step. Once the contract was signed, work began immediately. I can’t say enough about the professional quality of her workers. Carpenters, electricians, plumbers and cabinet makers, oh yes, Talavera tile craftsmen. Martha appointed Jesus Lopez (Chewy) , a young architect, as project manager. Chewy was there every day, assisting the craftsmen and making sure we were happy with the work. We made changes along the way and Chewy was always there to help with those changes. Fair prices, excellent craftsmanship, quality materials and on-time competition…what more could we ask for! We’ll call Martha for every problem we encounter because we know she and Chewy will make sure the work is done correctly and at a fair price.
